CLASS TITLE: Paradise Cove Concessions Manager

DEPARTMENT: Parks and Recreation

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CLASS: The Manager at Paradise Cove will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the concessions facility. Managerial responsibilities include making deposits at the bank, recording daily deposits, managing up to 20 workers, creating weekly work schedules, ordering, stocking and inventory of products.  Skills needed include working a computer point of sale program, customer service, ability to create documents and reports, and maintain a professional relationship with other staff.  Daily duties include receiving money from customers, professional customer service, preparing food, keeping the equipment and the facility clean and free of trash and dirt, nightly count down of money, and all other duties deemed necessary. Managers must be willing to obtain a Food Managers Card with in 30days of working at the facility. Applicants may be subject to a background check.
