This fee covers the cost of field trips, swimming, arts & craft supplies, games, a processing fee and staff.
|**Junior Camp Counselors**
This year we are looking for Junior Camp Counselors to assist with our Summer Fun Adventure Camp! Must be between the ages of 14 & 15 by June 1st, 2013.
Junior Counselors will assist with the planning & implementation of activities of camp. They will also assist camp counselors with supervision of children and help in a leadership capacity.
There is no monetary compensation for being a Junior Camp Counselor, however there is a session registration fee of $25 per two-week session to cover the camp t-shirt (required uniform), staff training, etc.
Applications are available for download here or in-person at the Parks & Recreation Office Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm. Please return all completed applications to the Parks & Recreation office no later than May 24th. The office is located at 321 N. Second Street
Four, two week sessions, are offered throughout the summer in June & July. 50 Campers total will be able to sign up for each session. Parents are responsible for packing their child's lunch each day and snacks- unless otherwise noted. Registration will be available online or in person on May 1. The Parks & Recreation department is located at 321 North Second St.
Campers will get to experience camp both at Lake Reba Park and at the Parks & Recreation Center. All campers will also get to experience Paradise Cove and Adventure Falls throughout the summer.
Activities at Lake Reba include outdoor games, scavenger hunts, hiking, swimming, and crafts. Activities at the Recreation Center include field trips, arts and crafts, games, water games, and lots of fun!
Note: Spots are filled on a first come/first served basis
2013 Session Dates:
Session 1 June 3rd- June 14th
Session 2 June 17th - June 28th
Session 3 July 8th – July 19th
Session 4 July 22nd – August 2nd
2013 Prices: (Prices are the same online or in person)
• $110.00 - 2 Week Session (If you sign up May 1st-May15th)
• $125.00- 2 Week Session (If you sign up after May 15th)
• Post-Camp- $50 per 2 Week Session. Must pre-pay. No prorating. (A minimum of 10 registered children per session is required to have post-camp.)
Campers can attend for only one week, if necessary, but are required to pay for the entire two week session.
