These meetings will be aired live on Channel 378 (Spectrum Cable TV) when possible and on the City's YouTube channel, a link to the livestream will be provided on the City of Richmond, KY Community Information Facebook page.

Meeting Agendas will be posted here prior to the meeting. If you would like to make a presentation of 15 minutes or less, please contact the City Clerk for placement on the agenda. If you would like to address the commission please speak during the Public Comments portion at the end of the meetings.

Public Comments Procedure

The public is given an opportunity to speak to the City Commission during the public comment portion of the meeting. Any public comments exceeding 5 minutes should be scheduled as a presentation through the Mayor's office. The Mayor will recognize those persons wishing to address the Board of Commissioners. After being recognized, please go to the podium and for the records state your name before asking any questions or making any comments. Comments should be business-oriented and please refrain from any inappropriate language or naming any person individually during your comments. Speak clearly into the microphone and adjust if needed.

Take Notice that for the present, the Board of Commissioners for the City of Richmond will continue to meet in accordance with the schedule for its regular monthly meetings and remain in compliance with all applicable statutes and regulations. In view of the COVID -19 pandemic, however, and in an effort to prevent the spread of that virus, the public can view the meetings as they occur on the City's Community Information Facebook page. Anyone wishing to address the City Commission may submit comments on any topic or agenda item electronically by emailing the City Clerk. The Agenda for the meetings can also be found on the city website. Citizens may also phone City Hall at 859-623-1000, ext. 1103 to provide a comment about agenda items or concerns if a computer is unavailable.
