MCPL Outreach is proud to partner with Richmond Parks and Recreation to bring you a night to celebrate the heroes that inspire us! The public is invited to join in the heroic action beginning at 6:00 p.m. Some of our favorite superheroes will be in attendance such as Spider-Man, Spider-Girl, Captain America, & more! We will honor our real-world heroes as well, and joining us will be representatives from the Richmond Police Department, Richmond Fire Department, Madison County CSEPP office, Richmond 911 services, Baptist Health doctors and nurses, Madison County Sheriff's office, & more! Food trucks will be on-site, as well as fun superhero-themed activities for families and children. Don't forget to stay for a showing of Marvel's smash summer hit "Guardians of the Galaxy: Volume 3" beginning at dusk.
